Rafael Ceni

Rafael Ceni is currently the Corporate QHSE Manager at Serviços de Petróleo Constellation S.A., where they have been developing and implementing critical safety programs since January 2023. Prior to this role, Rafael served as Operations Manager and Division Operations Manager within the same company. Their experience spans multiple leadership positions in offshore operations, including Rig Manager roles for various drilling rigs and a background in aircraft mechanical maintenance. Rafael is pursuing a Master’s in Business Administration from Fundação Dom Cabral and a Master’s in Human Factors and Safety Systems at Lund University, while also studying English for Effective Communication at the University of Toronto.
