Colleen Ruffell

Colleen Ruffell has extensive experience in operations management and packaging engineering, currently serving as Operations Manager for Strategic Wine Partnerships at Constellation Brands since March 2006. In this role, Colleen oversees multiple bottling lines and facilities, enhancing operational efficiency and exceeding quality standards, which includes the implementation of a training development program leading to a 14% increase in efficiency. Previous positions at Constellation include Packaging Technology Manager, Process Improvement Manager, and Packaging Engineer, where responsibilities spanned managing packaging activities across multiple facilities, driving process improvements, and overseeing packaging designs for new products. Colleen's career began with positions at Eastman Kodak Company, DePuy Orthopaedics, and Pfizer, focusing on packaging development and cost-saving initiatives. Colleen earned a Master’s degree in Packaging Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Food Science & Nutrition, both from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
