Eric Austermann has extensive experience in sustainability and environmental responsibility, having held prominent leadership positions at Jabil and other organizations. From 2006 to 2013, they served as Director and then Senior Director of Social & Environmental Responsibility, where they developed strategies that enhanced operational excellence and compliance. Currently, as Vice President of Sustainability at Constellation Brands, Eric leads global initiatives focused on water, carbon, waste, and packaging to deliver measurable impacts. Eric also advises a biotech startup, enhancing its sustainability strategy while continuing education at Harvard Business School in Creating Shared Value and Organizational Leadership.
