Catherine Zimmerman

Catherine Zimmerman currently serves as Vice President of Global Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) and Sustainability at Ingredion Incorporated, where responsibilities include leading EHS program strategies and implementing the company’s 2030 environmental sustainability goals. Previously, Zimmerman held various leadership positions at Ingredion, including Vice President of Operations Sustainability, Vice President of Supply Chain & Procurement in the Asia Pacific and South America regions, and Global Business Director for Polyols. Prior experience includes roles at BP, focusing on operational decision support and supply chain improvements. Catherine Zimmerman's academic credentials include an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin, and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Minnesota.
