Rob Sands

Rob Sands is Constellation’s executive chair. Rob is responsible for providing strategic leadership, working with the board of directors and the chief executive officer to establish long-range goals, strategies, plans and policies.

Rob joined Constellation in 1986, serving in a number of roles with increasing responsibility including executive vice president and general counsel, chief executive officer of Constellation International, and president and chief operating officer for Constellation Wines and Constellation Beers and Spirits. Rob was named company president and CEO in 2007 and served in that role for 12 years.

Rob is board chairman of the New York Wine and Culinary Center and of the Greater Rochester Chamber of Commerce. He is a member of the boards at Pace University, the Rochester Regional Health System and Thompson Health.
