Salil Athalye

Salil Athalye is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in analytics, data science, and engineering, currently serving as Senior Manager for Analytics and Platform Engineering at Constellation Brands since May 2020. Salil also holds the role of Adjunct Faculty Member and Capstone Coordinator at the Rochester Institute of Technology, guiding graduate students in their capstone projects. Prior to this, Salil worked as a Data Scientist at eLogic and had a long tenure at Xerox, where various managerial positions were held, focusing on predictive analytics, business modeling, and lean six sigma methodologies. Salil possesses several Microsoft certifications in data management and analytics, along with multiple Lean Six Sigma certifications from Xerox. Salil holds two Master’s degrees from the Rochester Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Lafayette College.
