Stephanie Farrell

Stephanie Farrell is an experienced professional in sales training and education, currently serving as the Director of Sales Training for the Fine Wine Crafts Spirits Division at Constellation Brands since August 2009. In this role, Stephanie focuses on the development and delivery of luxury-oriented training, fostering relationships with sales leaders, aligning with various departments within the company, and promoting ongoing learning initiatives. Prior to this position, Stephanie held the roles of Director of Training & Education at CWUS, Icon Cru Reserve Manager at Icon Estates, and Account Manager at The Robert Mondavi Corporation, demonstrating a solid background in training and sales management. Stephanie holds a Bachelor's Degree in Biology from Eckerd College, completed between 1988 and 1992.
