Will Brix is an experienced professional in hospitality operations with a strong background in project management and brand development. Currently serving as the Director of Hospitality Operations at Constellation Brands since January 2023, Will Brix oversees large capital expenditure projects and collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution. Previously, Will Brix worked at Bacardi as the Global Brand Home Project Manager, where responsibilities included managing capital projects, developing brand concepts, and driving revenue through strategic initiatives. Will Brix has also held roles at The Bombay Spirits Company Ltd, initially as Contract Manager and later as Estate Manager, managing high-traffic visitor centers, and an Account Development Manager role targeting premium accounts in West London. Will Brix holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Politics and Philosophy from London Metropolitan University.
