Blair Barker

Blair Barker is an experienced training and maintenance manager with a strong background in nuclear operations and education. Currently serving as the Maintenance and Technical Training Manager at Constellation since January 2022, Blair manages six instructors in the development of accredited training programs using the Systematic Approach to Training. Prior roles include Senior EP Specialist and Training Project Specialist at Exelon Nuclear, and Mechanical Maintenance Instructor at a nuclear facility. Blair also has an extensive military background with the US Navy, where responsibilities included overseeing the indoctrination of nuclear trainees and managing training programs for large groups of personnel. Blair holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Nuclear Engineering Technology and an Associate of Science in Mechanical and Maintenance from Thomas Edison State University, as well as a graduate degree from the Naval Nuclear Power Training Command.
