Chelsea Troutman

Chelsea Troutman currently serves as the Site Regulatory Assurance Manager and NE Regional Audit Team Manager at Constellation since February 2022. Prior experience includes roles as NE Regional Audit Team Manager, NOS Auditor, and Senior Emergency Preparedness Specialist at Exelon Nuclear from August 2012 to February 2022. Chelsea also held a Graduate Assistant position at Millersville University, contributing to the Center for Disaster Research and Education and the Master of Science in Emergency Management Program from August 2011 to August 2012. Additional experience includes leadership as Vice President of the Millersville University Student International Association of Emergency Managers Chapter and a volunteer role with the American Red Cross.
