Dave Rhoades

Dave Rhoades is a seasoned executive in the nuclear energy sector, currently serving as the President and Chief Nuclear Officer at Constellation Energy since January 2021. Prior to this role, Rhoades held several leadership positions at Exelon Nuclear from June 2008 to January 2021, including Chief Operating Officer for Fleet Operations, Senior Vice President of Operations Support, Site Vice President, and Plant Manager. Rhoades earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, where studies were completed between 1984 and 1988.
