Ed Kruse

Ed Kruse is a seasoned training and project management professional with extensive experience in the nuclear energy sector. Currently serving as Manager of Training Support and Training Project Specialist at Constellation since March 2012, Ed Kruse oversees the design, development, and implementation of qualification and training databases for the Limerick Clean Energy Center. Prior to this role, Ed Kruse spent 17 years at Surgemain New York City as Master Chief Petty Officer, providing senior enlisted advisory services and managing training for a Reserve Unit supporting US Navy Nuclear Shipyards. Ed Kruse also held the position of Lead Instructor at Exelon, where responsibilities included ensuring the accreditation of Maintenance Training Programs. Earlier experience as Senior Classroom Instructor at NPTU Ballston Spa involved developing coursework for nuclear operator candidates. Ed Kruse holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from The New School.
