Fred Buckley

Fred Buckley is an experienced professional in the nuclear industry, currently serving as a Principal Outage Specialist - Reactor at Constellation since February 2022. Previously, Fred held various positions at Exelon Nuclear, including Principal Outage Specialist - Reactor, Reactor Services Manager at Oyster Creek, Reactor Engineering Manager at Oyster Creek, and Nuclear Fuels Engineer, spanning from January 1999 to March 2022. Fred's early career included a role as a Reactor Engineer at PECO Energy from 1995 to 1999. Educationally, Fred earned a Master’s Degree in Management from Penn State Great Valley between 1991 and 1993 and a Bachelor’s Degree in Nuclear Engineering from Penn State University from 1981 to 1985.
