Heidi Hawkins

Heidi Hawkins is an accomplished government affairs professional with extensive experience in advocacy and legislative strategy. Currently serving as Director of West Government Affairs and Market Policy at Constellation since October 2019, Hawkins previously held senior management positions at Exelon Nuclear and WGL Energy, focusing on state government affairs and public policy. A background in managing government affairs activities for Aqua America, along with experience in political consulting at Greenlee Partners and legislative support roles in the Pennsylvania House of Representatives, demonstrates a strong foundation in navigating complex regulatory environments.
