Matthew Mays

Matthew Mays serves as the Vice President of Commercial Business Solutions at Constellation, where responsibilities include overseeing over $100 million in annual technology investments and leading a team of 100 in delivering Business/IT projects and initiatives. Mays has held various positions within Constellation, including Director and Senior Manager of Retail Operations, and Principal in Business Solution Design. Previous experience includes working as an Analyst in Business Operations for PPL Electric Utilities, supporting electric shopping and supplier operations, and serving in multiple roles at Hess Corporation, where responsibilities encompassed operations analysis and data integrity in the natural gas and electric sectors. Mays holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Management from Penn State University and an MBA in Project Management from Lehigh University.
