Mollie Katz currently serves as the Talent & Leadership Programs Manager at Constellation, a position held since July 2023. From July 2020 to July 2022, Mollie Katz worked as a consultant for the Ohio Small Business Development Center at Cleveland State University, specializing in HR and employee development through CARES funding. Mollie Katz’s extensive experience in talent development includes a significant tenure at The Lubrizol Corporation, where the role of Global Talent Development Manager and Global Learning Lead was held from April 1991 to June 2018.
