Rich Matijasich

Rich Matijasich currently serves as the Manager of Talent & Organizational Development at Constellation, beginning in December 2023. Previously, Rich held the position of Principal in Talent Management & Organizational Development at Exelon Nuclear, where responsibilities included supporting talent management, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness for various client groups. Rich's extensive experience also includes roles at TE Connectivity as Manager of Global Talent Management Programs, and at PPL Corporation, where Rich managed talent and workforce planning initiatives and led the development of talent management strategies. Additionally, Rich has held positions at AmerisourceBergen, Accenture, AstraZeneca, and SAM Inc, contributing to talent management, organizational development, and mental health services. Rich Matijasich earned a Master's degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology from West Chester University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Alvernia University.
