Shetal Hall

Shetal Hall is an experienced Scrum Master and Agile Delivery Manager with a history of leadership in various roles spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Scrum Master at Constellation since December 2022, Shetal previously held the position of Digital Experience Enablement Lead at World Vision and Lead Scrum Master/Agile Delivery Manager at POWWR, where responsibilities included stakeholder collaboration, backlog management, and facilitating Scrum practices across teams. Prior roles include Sr. Product Owner and Sr. Manager of Gas Scheduling and Settlements at XOOM Energy, along with significant experience at Hess Corporation as a Senior Gas Scheduler and at Sprint as a Technical Application Manager, all contributing to a strong foundation in customer-centric solutions and effective team leadership.
