Carlos Fernando Paiva

Carlos Fernando Paiva is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as Senior Vice President, Regional Counsel & Group Corporate Secretary at Constellation Insurance, Inc., a role that involves leading international M&A, strategic reinsurance, and complex transactions. Prior to this position, Carlos was Vice President and Regional Counsel for Latin America at Ohio National Financial Services, overseeing legal, compliance, and regulatory projects across the region. Experience includes serving as Senior Counsel at a Brazilian law firm, where legal opinions on M&A and compliance issues were provided, as well as being Assistant Regional Counsel at AIG, advising on legal matters in Brazil and New York.
