Carolyn Krisko

Carolyn Krisko has a strong background in finance and accounting with extensive experience in leadership roles. Carolyn currently serves as the Vice President, Controller at Constellation Insurance, Inc. where they are responsible for evaluating transactions and their impact on systems and financial reporting. In their previous role as VP Finance Strategic Initiatives, they led the Finance Systems team and Accounting Policy team, playing a key role in implementing corporate strategic initiatives. Prior to joining Constellation Insurance, Carolyn worked at Ohio National Financial Services, where they held various positions including VP Audit Services and Chief Audit Executive. Carolyn also worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Senior Manager in Audit, primarily serving multinational, publicly traded companies. Throughout their career, Carolyn has demonstrated expertise in technical accounting standards, financial reporting requirements, and internal control frameworks.

Carolyn Krisko attended the University of Dayton from 1998 to 2003, where they earned a BS and MBA degree in Accounting and Management Information Systems. In 2006, they obtained a CPA certification from the Accountancy Board of Ohio. Additionally, Carolyn is in the process of obtaining a Data Governance and Stewardship Professional (DGSP) certification from ICCP, to be completed in 2023.
