Danielle Wenning

Danielle Wenning is an experienced professional currently serving as the Payroll and HRIS Manager at Constellation Insurance, Inc. since May 2021, after previously holding the role of Payroll and HRIS Specialist. Danielle has a strong background in coaching, exemplified by the position as Varsity Cheerleading Coach at William Mason High School from August 2020 to May 2024, and prior coaching experience with JV cheerleading at Lakota Local Schools. Additionally, Danielle was the Recruiting & Marketing Manager at The Osborne Logistics Group from September 2018 to May 2021 and the Gymnastics Director at West Chester Academy from May 2017 to August 2018. In the gymnastics role, responsibilities included managing the gymnastics program, hiring and training coaches, and engaging with a large community of students and families. Danielle began the professional journey as a Community Assistant at Hawks Landing from June 2014 to August 2015, and has a Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Leadership and Management and Strategic Communication from Miami University, earned from 2014 to 2017.
