Dawn Sawyer

Dawn Sawyer has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Dawn started their career as a self-employed cosmetologist in 1998. In 2002, they joined JC Penney Salon as a Master Hair Designer and worked there until 2011.

In 2010, Dawn transitioned to the technology industry and joined ABC Financial Services. Over the course of their tenure, they held various roles including Customer Care Representative, Merchant Services Admin Assistant, Sr. Support & Fulfillment Specialist Professional Services, Merchant Services Supervisor, EON Product Manager, and finally Payments Product Owner. Dawn worked at ABC Financial Services until 2019.

In 2019, Dawn joined Euronet Software Solutions as a Product Manager for a brief period before moving on to their most recent role as Manager of Product Integration at Constellation Payments. Currently, they are the Director of Research Development at the same company.

Dawn Sawyer obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology & Criminal Justice from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, where they studied from 2010 to 2014. Dawn has also obtained several additional certifications, including "A Design Thinking Approach to Putting the Customer First" and "How to Use LinkedIn Learning" from LinkedIn in July 2019, as well as the "Certified Product Manager (CPM)" certification from AIPMM The Association of International Product Marketing and Management in April 2019. In July 2017, they obtained a membership with the Association of International Product Marketing & Management.
