Jenny Tcharnaia

Jenny Tcharnaia has extensive work experience in the software and technology industry. Jenny is currently the President at NedGraphics Software, a company that specializes in CAD/CAM design software for various textile industries. Jenny also holds the position of President at Aquario Design, a software provider for the fashion and textile market. Prior to these roles, Jenny worked as the President of both NedGraphics and Aquario Design at Constellation Software Inc. Jenny also served as the Vice President of M&A and Corporate Development at Constellation Software Inc. where they focused on acquiring and growing vertical market software businesses. Before that, Jenny worked in various managerial and advisory roles at triMirror, a company that provides 3D fashion visualization and cloth simulation software. Jenny has also been involved in startups addressing social, mental health, and environmental issues as an Impact Investor & Advisor. Additionally, Jenny has served on the Board of Directors at Amigos of Costa Rica and worked as a Manager of Mergers & Acquisitions at AmeriVet Partners Management, Inc. Jenny began their career as an M&A Analyst and Intern at EY and worked as a Marketing Intern at RBC Dominion Securities.

Jenny Tcharnaia completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Columbia Business School between 2019 and 2024. Jenny also holds a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Charterholder designation from the CFA Institute, which they obtained from 2009 to 2013. In 2009, Jenny earned their iBBA degree in Finance from the Schulich School of Business - York University. In 2008, they briefly attended Université Paris Dauphine - PSL.
