Sean Bates

Sean Bates, CFA has a diverse range of work experience. Sean joined Constellation Software Inc. in 2017 and held various roles including Associate, Analyst, Director of M&A, and currently Vice President of M&A for the Vela Operating Group. Prior to that, they worked at inStream Solutions as a Business Development & Client Service professional from 2016 to 2017. Sean also has experience in Digital Marketing, having worked at Spark Internet Marketing Corporation from 2014 to 2015.

Sean Bates, CFA holds a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree from the University of Guelph. Sean also obtained a High School Diploma from Lakefield College School. In addition, they are a Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA) Charterholder certified by the CFA Institute, obtained in June 2020.
