Tom Chan

Tom Chan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and strategy within the software and engineering sectors. Currently serving as a Portfolio Manager at Constellation Software Inc., Tom oversees a portfolio of six business units under Fog Software Group, focusing on STEM fields. As the CEO of Tecplot, Inc., a subsidiary of Constellation Software, Tom has held several key roles including Vice President of Customer Development, where Tom directed customer acquisition and retention strategies, and Director of Product Management, driving product profitability and development. Previous roles include consulting at Accenture, sales management at Amtec Engineering, and process engineering at Battelle. Tom holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Washington and an MBA in Information Technology from Seattle University.
