Urvashi Kadam

Urvashi Kadam has extensive work experience in corporate development and mergers & acquisitions. Urvashi began their career at PwC, where they worked as a Senior Analyst and later as an Associate in the Mergers & Acquisitions team from 2014 to 2018. In 2019, they joined Constellation Software Inc. as an Associate in the Corporate Development (M&A) division. Urvashi was later promoted to Director and led a team focused on acquiring companies globally. Prior to their professional career, they served as a Peer Tutor at the University of Technology Sydney from 2012 to 2013.

Urvashi Kadam has a comprehensive education history. Urvashi completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a specialization in Finance & International Business from the University of Technology Sydney in the years 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree from Symbiosis College of Arts & Commerce from 2008 to 2011. In terms of secondary education, they attended Army Public School (APS) from 2006 to 2008, focusing on Business/Commerce, General. Furthermore, they completed their Junior High & High School education at St. Mary's School, Pune from 2000 to 2006.

In addition to their formal education, Urvashi Kadam has also obtained several certifications. Urvashi is a Financial Modeling & Valuation Analyst (FMVA) certified by the Corporate Finance Institute® (CFI), which they accomplished in August 2020. Furthermore, they have achieved German language certifications at various levels, including B2.1, B1, A2, and A1, from the Goethe-Institut e.V. in the years 2016 to 2017.
