Marcie Cheney

Marcie Cheney is the Chief Strategy Officer at Constellation West since February 2025, having previously served as Chief Strategy Officer at Criterion Systems from July 2009 to January 2025, where Marcie led business development, capture management, proposal management, and marketing efforts focused on cybersecurity and systems engineering for the Department of Defense and other federal agencies. Earlier experience includes roles as Public Relations Manager at Citizant and Corporate Communications Manager at HandySoft, along with communications consulting for SiloSmashers and various account management positions at Environics Communications, KG Communications, and GolinHarris. Marcie Cheney holds a degree from Bowdoin College, class of 1999.
