Michaella MacKlin

Michaella Macklin is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business development and capture management. Currently serving as Director of Capture at Constellation West since August 2022, Michaella previously held the position of Proposal Manager at Aurotech Corp, where responsibilities included managing the complete federal business development lifecycle and enhancing proposal team efficiency. Prior experience includes roles at CACI International Inc as a Business Development specialist, where Michaella expanded the client base in the western region, and at ATA Services, Inc. and RemTech Services, where management and financial analysis functions were performed. Michaella earned a B.S. in Human Resources from Regis University between 2005 and 2009.
