Paul P. Donahue

As Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Constellis, Paul P. Donahue oversees the daily operations of the company while also serving as the president and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Centerra, a Constellis company.

Paul has 25 years of experience in the financial and operational management of government, public, private and private equity organizations. Previously, he served as treasurer and chief financial officer for Centerra, responsible for all financial operations. Paul became the COO in 2006, President in 2010 and CEO in 2012.
