Jeremy Leach

Jeremy Leach is the Senior Vice President and Group General Counsel at Constellium. Prior to this, they served as the General Counsel Alcan Packaging for Rio Tinto from January 2007 to May 2010. Jeremy was responsible for global business M&A, finance, J-Vs, competition and general commercial law. From January 2004 to December 2007, Jeremy Leach served as the VP Europe Legal Affairs and General Counsel Alcan Global Packaging for Alcan. From January 1991 to December 2004, they were the Associate General Counsel for Pechiney. Jeremy began their career as an Articled Clerk and Solicitor for Richards Butler from January 1986 to December 1990 and continued with Richards Butler as a Solicitor in their International Trade Department from January 1986 to December 1989.

Jeremy Leach is a graduate of the London Business School and the University of Oxford. Jeremy holds an MBA and a Jurisprudence degree.
