Matthew Perkins

Matthew Perkins is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the steel and metal industries. Currently serving as President of the Packaging & Automotive Rolled Products Business Unit at Constellium since May 2025, Perkins previously held several key positions at EVRAZ North America, including Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer. Other notable roles include President & CEO of North America at SKW Stahl-Metallurgie Holding AG and various leadership positions at United States Steel Corporation, where responsibilities ranged from General Manager of Gary Works to Vice President Operations in Europe. Perkins began his career at LTV Steel Company. Educationally, Perkins holds an MBA in Operations Management and Supervision from the University of Pittsburgh and a Bachelor of Science in Metallurgical Engineering from The Ohio State University.
