Oleg Voyteshonock has extensive experience in quality management and improvement, currently serving as Quality Chief Inspector at Constellium since February 2016, where responsibilities include data analysis for product quality enhancement and leading problem-solving workshops. Previously, Oleg held roles such as Cold Rolling Quality Specialist, Quality Manager Cold Mill, and Customer Quality Representative, focusing on customer partnerships and troubleshooting. Prior experience includes serving as Quality Supervisor and Quality Analyst at Rexam Beverage Can, where Oleg contributed to achieving safety audits and ensured compliance with regulations. Oleg began a career in project management at Liberty Heights LLC, managing work crews and project timelines, and also worked as a Jobsite Manager at College Pro Painters. Oleg holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the Charles H. Lundquist College of Business and an Associate degree from Chemeketa Community College.
