Yann Rathgeb

Yann Rathgeb is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in quality and process management within the manufacturing sector. Currently serving as the Process and Quality Manager at Constellium since February 2015, Yann oversees a team of 15, manages three laboratories focused on spectrometry, chemistry, and metallurgy, and establishes quality and process strategies aligned with customer specifications and various regulatory standards, including ISO and Nadcap. Prior roles include Quality & Laboratory Manager and Head of Production at Eckart Suisse SA, along with earlier positions in quality control and scientific assistance at HEVs, UCB, and Merck Serono. Yann holds a Chemist Engineer degree from the University of Applied Sciences Western Switzerland and has furthered expertise in business management and Six Sigma methodologies.
