Grégoire Leroy

Grégoire Leroy is a Senior Data Engineer at constellr since July 2023, focusing on the development of a high-performance data platform for Earth Observation data and designing components for a Cloud Native Geospatial solution. Prior to this role, Grégoire served as Solution Owner for Wind Resource data at 3E from June 2011 to July 2023, managing a team and translating R&D results into innovative digital solutions for the wind energy sector. Grégoire's earlier experience includes positions as a Geo & weather data Engineer, Backend Developer, and R&D Scientist, as well as roles with Move Greener, Eurosense, and the Belgian Defense Meteorological Service, contributing to projects related to sustainable mobility, remote sensing, and operational weather forecasting. Grégoire holds a Master’s degree in Geography with a specialization in Climatology from Université catholique de Louvain and has completed various atmospheric science courses internationally.
