Matt Bourdeau

Matt Bourdeau has a strong background in finance and private equity. Matt currently holds the role of Vice President at Constitution Capital Partners, where they have been working since 2018. Prior to their current position, they served as a Senior Associate and Associate at the same company. Before joining Constitution Capital Partners, Matt worked as a Deals Associate in Valuation at PwC from 2015 to 2018. Matt also gained experience as a Private Equity Intern at Pleasant Bay Capital Partners in 2014, and as a Financial Analyst Intern at The TJX Companies, Inc. in the same year.

Matt Bourdeau attended Bentley University from 2011 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Finance, with a minor in Computer Information Systems. Matt graduated with Magna Cum Laude honors. Prior to their university education, Matt attended Pomfret School from 2007 to 2011. Additionally, they are a Level III CFA Candidate, associated with the CFA Institute.
