Peter Melanson

Peter Melanson is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in private equity and corporate governance. Currently serving as a Partner at Constitution Capital Partners since April 2008, Peter specializes in North American middle market buyouts. Prior to this role, Peter held the position of Vice President at State Street Global Advisors from 2000 to 2008. Additionally, Peter held a significant leadership role as Chairman of the Wakefield Board of Selectmen from 1994 to 2002. Peter holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and International Relations from Clark University and is an alumnus of Cushing Academy.
