Steven Shekane has extensive experience in the financial industry, with a focus on credit investments and leveraged buyouts. Steven served as a Managing Director at Constitution Capital Partners, where they were responsible for investments across the capital structure. Prior to this, they worked at Morgan Stanley Credit Partners as an Executive Director, leading deal teams and structuring debt investments. Steven also held the role of Vice President at Morgan Stanley, where they originated and structured leveraged loan and high yield bond transactions. Earlier in their career, Steven worked as an Associate at Banc of America Securities and as an Analyst at BNP Paribas and the Federal Reserve Bank of New York.
Steven Shekane attended Regis High School from 1989 to 1993. After completing high school, they enrolled at the University of Pennsylvania, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and History from 1993 to 1997. Later, they went on to attend Columbia Business School from 2000 to 2002, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Finance.
