Jaclynn Lupinacci

Jaclynn Lupinacci is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in tax administration and credit management. Currently serving as a Tax Specialist at the Constitutional Tax Collector for Palm Beach County since September 2020, Jaclynn previously held a managerial position in Global Credit Administration at American Express Company from February 1998 to August 2023. Additional experience includes serving as Branch Manager at FCA, International Collection Agency from 1990 to 1997 and working as a Police Officer for the New York City Police Department from 1980 to 1982. Jaclynn holds an Associate's degree in Broadcast Journalism from the University at Farmingdale, NY, completed between 1980 and 1982.
