Braulio Lopez Hernandez

Braulio Lopez Hernandez has extensive experience in budgeting and project management within the construction and engineering sectors since 2004. Currently serving as GERENTE DE PRESUPUESTOS Y PROGRAMACIÓN DE OBRA at CAF Turnkey & Engineering (CMFS) since November 2011, Braulio has been previously involved in similar roles at CONSTRUCCION, MANTENIMIENTO, FERROVIAS Y SUBSISTEMAS, S.A. and CMFS, focusing on developing budget proposals and bids for various public and private projects, including major transportation systems in Mexico. Prior to these roles, Braulio worked at Siemens Energy, where responsibilities included coordinating offer analyses and managing budgeting for high-voltage electrical substation construction and wind farm projects, gaining international experience by participating in bids across Central America. Braulio holds a Licenciatura en Ingenieria Civil, Infraestructura Urbana from Instituto Politécnico Nacional, earned between 1992 and 1997.
