Ibai Cascante began their work experience in 2003 as an Engineer in the mechanical calculation department of MAN B&W Diesel AG. In 2005, they joined Papelera Zikuñaga as an Engineer before moving on to CAF (Construcciones y Auxiliar de Ferrocarriles) in 2006. At CAF, they held various roles including Project Manager from 2006 to 2010, Technical offer DACH Team Responsible from 2010 to 2014, Tender DACH Team responsible from 2011 to 2013, and finally Lead Project Engineer from 2014 until the present.
Ibai Cascante completed a Licenciatura degree in Ingeniería Industrial at the University of Navarra from 1999 to 2004.
