Iñaki Rodriguez Boillos

Iñaki Rodriguez Boillos is the Head of Corporate HR at CAF (Construcciones y Auxiliar de Ferrocarriles) since 2011, overseeing HR Projects & Controlling, HRIS & Data, Talent Management, and Global HR Coordination. Additional roles at CAF include Sustainability Lead, managing corporate sustainability initiatives, and HR Area Manager, focusing on organization design and HR strategy. Iñaki also serves as a Visiting Lecturer at Deusto Business School, teaching Compensation and Benefits Policies in the Human Resources Master's program. Previous experience includes roles as a Senior Consultant and Project Manager at LKS NEXT and PwC, and an Internal Consultant at BT, among others. Iñaki holds a Bachelor's degree in Law and a Master's in Legal Practice from the University of Deusto, as well as a Master's in Human Resources from Centro de Estudios Garrigues.
