Josu Alsua Ancisar started their work experience in 2007 at IDOM as a Mechanical Engineer. After working there for a few months, they joined CAF (Construcciones y Auxiliar de Ferrocarriles) in 2008, where they held the position of Project Lead Engineer.
Josu Alsua Ancisar attended the Technical University of Denmark from 2005 to 2006. Josu Alsua then pursued a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Navarra.
