Lutz Glocker

Lutz Glocker currently serves as Project Quality Manager at CAF (Construcciones y Auxiliar de Ferrocarriles) since September 2025. Prior to this role, Lutz held multiple positions at Webasto Group from April 2014 to August 2025, including Manager Project Quality Engineering Battery Systems, where responsibilities included leading a team of quality engineers and FMEA moderators, as well as overseeing quality aspects of innovative development and industrialization projects for high-voltage vehicle batteries (BEV and PHEV). Lutz started in various roles, progressing from Project Quality Engineer to Global Project Quality Manager. Lutz completed a Diplom-Ingenieur in Mechanical Engineering at the Technical University of Munich and also studied at the Universidad de Sevilla.
