Urtzi Montalvo Ibargoyen

Urtzi Montalvo Ibargoyen currently serves as the CEO of Integrated Solutions & Systems at CAF (Construcciones y Auxiliar de Ferrocarriles), where responsibilities include the definition and implementation of strategic plans, overseeing M&A strategy, and managing investor relations. With a background that includes roles such as Strategy & Business Development Manager and Project Manager at CAF Wheelsets, Urtzi has extensive experience in business intelligence, quality management, and compliance with international standards. Prior to CAF, Urtzi worked as a Head of Laboratory at ArcelorMittal, focused on steel development. Urtzi holds a Master in Marketing and Sales Management from ESIC, a Project Management Professional certification from Mondragon Unibertsitatea, and an Industrial Engineering degree from the University of Navarra, complemented by studies at Université de Technologie de Compiègne.
