Blake Virgilio Carter

Blake Virgilio Carter is an accomplished professional with a robust background in entrepreneurship and leadership, currently serving as Co-Founder and EVP of Partnerships at Pro Platforms since August 2020, focusing on e-commerce for products and materials. Prior to this, Blake was the CEO and Co-Founder of Top Tier Group from January 2014 to August 2019, and briefly held the position of Chief Marketing Officer at Viva Network, a pioneering financial technology firm that aimed to revolutionize mortgage financing through smart contracts.
