Construction Ahead USA is a specialty exterior envelope contractor based in Elkhorn, Wisconsin, with 30 years in the trade and project experience across the USA.
The company self-performs the full range of exterior cladding systems, from complex architectural assemblies to commodity panel systems, with scope from preconstruction through closeout, and staffs every project with company crews and field supervision rather than subcontracted labor.
Systems installed:

Rainscreen systems (Nichiha, CeraClad, etc.)
Metal composite material (MCM/ACM)
Extruded Plank (Longboard, Knotwood, LUX, etc.)
Structural furring systems over insulation (Knight Wall, Cladiator, GreenGirt, etc.)

The company delivers through two lines of work.
National Accounts. Brand rollout programs installed to a single exterior standard across multiple sites and states, with crews mobilized to maintain schedule across concurrent locations.

Retail Accounts. Negotiated commercial work where the detailing is demanding and tolerances are tight, delivered under the general contractor's method: hard bid, GMP, value engineering, and basis-of-design substitution.

Coordination is central to how the company works. Construction Ahead USA reads the construction set early, identifies envelope conflicts on paper before they reach the field, and manages the wall scope so the general contractor carries one less problem through the project. The company is a member of the Rainscreen Association in North America (RAINA), reflecting a specialization in rainscreen design and installation rather than general siding work.

Construction Ahead USA serves commercial, hospitality, healthcare, and education clients nationwide from its Midwest base.
