Igbuan Okaisabor has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Igbuan served as the CEO of Construction Kaiser Limited (CKL) from 1993 to the present. Additionally, they have held positions such as President of the Board of Directors and Member of the Board of Directors at the Nigerian-German Chamber of Commerce since 2020. Igbuan was also a Member of the Governing Council at the Lagos State Employability Support Project starting in 2017. In 2020, Okaisabor became a Council Member at the Federation of Construction Industry (FOCI). Igbuan also served as a Leadership Council Member at the Initiative for Global Development from 2015 to 2019. Prior to these roles, Okaisabor worked as a Project Manager at KBD Ltd. from 1989 to 1993.
Igbuan Okaisabor has a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Benin, which they obtained from 1982 to 1988. Igbuan also has several degrees from Harvard Business School, including a CSV (Creating Shared Value) degree which they completed in 2014, a BBEM (Building Businesses in Emerging Markets) degree in 2011, an OPM (Owner/President Management Program) degree from 2008 to 2010, an LCOR (Leading Change and Organizational Renewal) degree in 2010, and a DBC (Doing Business in China) degree in 2009.
