Thomas H. Welby, P.E., Esq. is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in construction arbitration and mediation. Currently serving as an Arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association and holding a Fellowship at The Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, Welby also founded and serves as Senior Counsel at Welby, Brady & Greenblatt, LLP. With a strong academic background, including degrees in Civil Engineering and a Juris Doctor from Pace University School of Law, Welby has taught construction law at both Pace and Manhattan College. Additionally, Welby contributes as an instructor for the Professional Construction Management Course for the Construction Management Association of America and serves as the CMAA Liaison to the National Construction Dispute Resolution Committee.
