Tom Nolan

Tom Nolan has over 40 years of experience in the business industry. Tom began their career in 1979 as an Audit Staff and Audit Manager at Coopers & Lybrand. In 1984, they moved to AEW as a Managing Director - President AEW Partners Funds. In 1997, they became a Board Member at Bedford Property Investors (NYSE: BED). In 2008, they joined GGP (NYSE:GGP) as President & COO and Member of the Board. In 2011, they became Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer at Spirit Realty Capital, Inc (NYSE: SRC). In 2015, they became an Independent Director at WashREIT (NYSE:WRE). In 2019, they became an Independent Director at Modiv. Most recently, in 2022, they became President at ConstructionBevy.

Tom Nolan attended the University of Massachusetts Amherst from 1975 to 1979, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting.
