Dyel Sigmon

Dyel Sigmon began their career in 2006 with ConstructionJobs as a Regional Account Executive. Dyel was then promoted to Vice President and Corporate Sales National Account Executive. In 2021, they joined Kimmel & Associates as Head of Sales Operations, Sales Enablement and Training. Dyel is an experienced Chief Operating Officer with a demonstrated history of working in the construction industry, skilled in Negotiation, Sales, Business Development, Recruiting and Sales Process. Dyel holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) and has a proven record of completing strategic sales, implementing organizational best practices, and consistently exceeding sales expectations.

Dyel Sigmon obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) from Western Carolina University in 2002, majoring in International Business. In 1999, they attended Breda University of Applied Sciences for one year, also studying International Business. In 2015, they went back to Western Carolina University to earn their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.), majoring in Business Administration. In 2021, they obtained a ZoomInfo Certification for Recruiting from ZoomInfo.
